Flake Job — Privacy Policy

Flake Job is a game. Everything you do in it — clock-ins, hours, payslips — is fictional and stays on your device.

What we collect

• Nothing personal. No account, no name, no email, no contacts, no location. The coworker name you type stays on your device.
• Anonymous usage events. A random device identifier (not tied to you) plus events like "clocked in" or "shared a card", used solely to understand whether the game is fun. No advertising SDKs, no fingerprinting, no data sales — ever.
• Shared cards. If you choose to share a card as a link, the card's contents (the fictional payslip/memo text) are stored so your friend can view them. Cards contain no personal data unless you type it into your coworker's name and share it.

What we never do

• No tracking across apps or sites.
• No selling or sharing data with third parties.
• No real payroll, employer, or time-tracking integration. It's fake. That's the point.

Data retention & deletion

Game data lives on your device; deleting the app deletes it. Anonymous events and shared cards can be removed on request.
